- As per the guide lines of UIDAI Click here to download UIDAI letter some changes have been done for using Finger Print Authentication.

To use Finger print authentication all are requested to update the RD Service from the official websites of the concerned vendors.

If anyone still has issues after installing the new RD Service , contact the concerned device vendors.
Read The Following Instructions:
- The device should be registered with RD Service.
- Preferable OS are Windows 8 and latest versions in windows
- Most preferable in Google chrome .
- Please uninstall/disable the Anti-Virus Software for Drivers Installation.
- Please check current date and Time settings if correct or not .
